Employment Law

Kowshiny is a Paralegal in the Employment department, with several years’ experience assisting on Employment Tribunal matters. Her role includes assisting with preparing claims and case documentation, as well as hearings and supporting on settlement discussions. She works closely with solicitors and clients to help progress matters effectively and provides support across the various stages of employment disputes.

Kowshiny completed her LLB at Kingston University and is committed to continuing her professional development and gaining further experience across a broad range of employment matters.
