Family Law
Having worked in leading law firms in central London and regionally, Nina joined the firm in 2024 and has over 25 years post qualification experience in family law, working on a wide range of financial and children cases. She is a resolution accredited specialist in finance and children work..
In her financial work Nina has conducted high net worth cases involving complexities such as inherited wealth, family companies, contested valuations and detailed pension arrangements. She is often instructed in the drafting of pre and post nuptial agreements.
Nina's children work spans arrangements for contact, and residence with complexities such as alienation and domestic abuse, specific issues such as schooling and internal and external relocation, and financial issues such as housing provision.
Nina is qualified in collaborative practice, and therefore is able to conduct cases using the collaborative law method, a specific dispute resolution process designed to minimise conflict and avoid the court process. This method is very suitable to those clients that wish to cut through the issues at their own pace in meetings with their lawyer and the other party and their lawyer rather than engaging in protracted correspondence. The process is based upon transparency and the preservation of goodwill thereby assisting with the continued coparenting relationship.
Outside Work
When not working Nina likes swimming, hiking and spending time with family.
