SC&W Coronavirus Response

We are here to help you and your business come through this difficult time in the best shape possible.

The priority for us is and will always be the health and wellbeing of our colleagues, clients and our wider networks. Our business continuity plan is robust and includes an effective response to the current situation. We have adapted and continue to adapt to the changing circumstances and are working hard to protect our clients and the community in which we live and work, by following the rules and guidance now in place. We are closely monitoring the evolving situation in order to provide our clients with the best possible service with the minimum of disruption.

We have put in place systems to allow all our colleagues to work from home in order to comply with government advice. As a modern and forward-thinking firm, we have the technology and equipment in place to enable our teams to continue to provide our usual high level of service.

Contacting us

Please continue to get in touch with your individual lawyers through whichever method you usually use. Our IT systems are, by design, extremely up to date and allow seamless remote working.

Meetings / Conferencing

We are making use of telephone or video conferencing where possible.

Courts and Tribunals

The Civil Courts and Tribunals are functioning but many hearings are being dealt with by telephone or video. We will continue to attend hearings whether by that method or in person as required until the guidance changes.

We understand that this is a difficult time for us all on an individual and personal level, but also for businesses, so please get in touch if we can do anything to assist you.
