Dispute Resolution

Caitlin grew up in Canada and graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA Honours Degree in Political Science and History. She decided to pursue a career in law and completed her LLB Law Degree at the University of Leeds. Following this she completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London.

Caitlin qualified in 2017. During her training contract she spent 3 months seconded to the in-house mergers and acquisitions department at Liberty Global. She covers banking and general commercial disputes for both corporate clients and high net-worth individuals. Caitlin assisted partner Richard Spector in the high-profile case of Harlequin Property (SVG) Limited and others v Wilkins Kennedy which included attending hearings in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
