Claudia has experience in sales, purchases, lettings and remortgages. She has acted for a broad range of clients including high net-worth individuals, investors, developers and end users.
She also acts for private banks as well as dealing with panel work for major high street lenders. She has significant experience in secure lending transactions acting for both borrowers and lenders in both complex refinances and property portfolios.
Claudia is also a qualified Colombian lawyer and native Spanish speaker.

- £5m restructuring of a property portfolio including bridging finance and subsequent re-mortgage of the portfolio under a long-term facility
- Alternative property finance for residential purchases based on Diminishing Musharaka agreements
- Purchase of leasehold and freehold properties for residential and investment use for values ranging between £250,000 to £2m+
