Jeremy is a barrister and expert in criminal law, and joins the ELS Legal team to consult on all Private Prosecution cases. Having trained in some of the largest fraud cases in the UK, Jeremy has extensive experience of fraud, confiscation, restraint and asset forfeiture along with the full spectrum of criminal offences. Jeremy has a wealth of experience dealing with complex cases from working at two criminal defence solicitors, including a year at a specialist fraud firm, and will work closely with Partner Richard within ELS’ Private Prosecution department.
