Richa advises corporate and high net worth private clients in relation to non-contentious real estate transactions. Her varied practice includes advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential properties, new-build properties, landlord and tenant matters (including estate management) and real estate finance. Her clients range from investors to corporate occupiers and lending institutions.

Before joining Spector Constant & Williams, Richa worked in a well-established commercial law firm in the City and a large Legal 500 law firm based in Essex.

She graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with a First-Class Honours in Law, and achieved a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School, London.

Richa is fluent in written and spoken Hindi, spoken Punjabi and has a good knowledge of Farsi.

Recent Experience

  • Acting on the acquisition of a lease which included a high-end restaurant and residential upper parts, and advised on the superior lease and the creation of sub-leases for the residential parts.
  • Acting on the grant of a lease of a mixed-use multi-storey building (subject to planning) to include negotiating complex heads of terms.
  • Acting on the purchase and sale of two residential properties in the Cadogan Estate with a combined value of approximately £8m.

Outside Work

Richa enjoys running, cycling, food as well as exploring near and far off places.
