Scot Tsang

Real Estate, Banking & Finance

Scot is an expert in landlord and tenant matters, conveyancing and secured lending transactions. Scot has acted on a wide range of matters including the sale and purchase of commercial properties tenanted by Arsenal Football Club, J D Wetherspoon, Co-operative Group Food Limited and many other household names.

He also acts for clients in relation to the sale and purchase of high value and prestigious residential properties, including a Grade 1 listed castle and scheduled monument.

It’s rare these days to receive such good service and we believe it’s important to recognise it. We are grateful to have him to deal with any future acquisitions

Outside Work

Scot was a chef in his previous life. After finishing his law degree at St John’s College, Cambridge University, and before starting his legal practice course in Oxford he worked for the Ritz Carlton Group in America. However, these days he prefers eating food rather than making it. Scot can often be found queueing at London’s hottest new restaurants. If you need a dining recommendation, he’s more than happy to assist.
