Partner Nick Gova features in the Law Society Gazette
Partner and Head of Family Law Nick Gova has been featured in the Law Society Gazette’s ‘My Legal Life’ column.
Nick discusses his early career in the police service, why he switched his path to law, and provides advice around destination weddings and how to secure a pet’s future on the breakdown of a relationship.
“At secondary school I undertook work experience with an immigration barrister as an administrative assistant… Those two weeks completely changed the course of my life,” Nick reveals.
Discussing his ‘PupNup’® concept, Nick says: “Dogs are valued members of the family and, unfortunately, issues surrounding their care and ownership can result in contentious and lengthy legal proceedings. Ultimately, if the owners cannot agree on a way forward, a court will need to decide on the issue.”
