Chris advises on all aspects of employment law including disputes and claims. He has extensive experience and has been a member of the Employment Lawyers Association for more than 20 years. He has worked both as an inhouse employment lawyer for a multinational company and in private practice.
Acting both for Employers and Employees he covers all aspects of the employment relationship including collective consultation matters on substantial redundancies and business transfers, advising on all procedural issues such as disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness absence, maternity and flexible working time and employee benefit schemes.
His expertise covers all forms of employment documentation, contractual disputes, redundancy and TUPE consultation, restrictive covenants disputes, discrimination claims, protected disclosure issues, settlement agreements as well as Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal cases.

Outside Work
Chris is a Trustee and the President of his Kent League Cricket Club and is also a member of the Management Committee of a Timeshare resort. He enjoys playing cricket and golf, watching football, reading and spending time with his family.
