Gary advises on disputes and all aspects of the landlord/tenant relationship. He has deep expertise in both business and residential tenancies, on such matters including the Right of First Refusal, business lease renewals and termination, service charge and major works consultations, rent arrears and breaches of lease covenants.
He also assists clients in leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions and right to manage applications. He has been a member of ALEP (the professional association relating to this field) for many years and has helped hundreds of clients through the challenging process of extending their lease or buying their freehold.
Gary is very experienced in dealing with disputes of property ownership, whether as to the beneficial interest in the property as a whole or as to the extent of the boundaries of properties. He has dealt with a large number of disputes involving corporate ownership of properties, including offshore trusts.

- Removal of squatters from unused retail premises
- Possession proceedings relating to unlawful subletting of residential premises
Outside Work
Gary enjoys spending time with his family and watching movies and sport. He also enjoys clay pigeon shooting when the opportunity arises.
