Immigration

Negin is a paralegal in the Immigration Department, reporting directly to Nadia Bazzaz. In this role, she supports her team in providing client care and managing cases. She also assists in private immigration matters, asylum, human rights and appeals matters. Prior to her current position, Negin gained significant experience as a member of Citizens Advice, further strengthening her expertise in legal advisory roles. Negin is dual qualified, holding a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from the University of Law, as well as an undergraduate law degree from Iran.

She is fluent in three languages: English, Persian and Dari which enhances her ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
