Renters (Reform) Bill 2023
Real Estate Dispute Resolution Partner Gary Scott has been featured in several articles Prime Resi, Property Wire and London Loves Property giving his reaction to the Renters (Reform) Bill which was presented to Parliament yesterday (17 May 2023).
Responding to the Government’s proposed legislation: “Landlords have voiced concern that removal of the no-fault route for eviction leaves in place a possession process which is significantly flawed both in terms of the current permitted grounds for possession and the fact that the Court process is wholly unfit for purpose.”
