Andrew has broad experience for all types of real estate transactions acting for banks, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and high net-worth individuals in connection with residential and commercial acquisitions, disposals, and developments.
Andrew has a particular expertise in development and assists on all aspects, from acquisition, development finance and subsequent construction of the developments and sale of the units. He also has a wide experience acting for banks and bridging finance companies for development finance transactions.

Recent Experience
- Acting on behalf of borrowers and lenders (including short term bridging companies) on a wide range of transaction types such as:
- Complex restructuring and property refinances totalling upwards of approximately £14m and £10m;
- Refinancing of existing loan facilities for approximately £8m; and
- Development finance for approximately £5m
- Acting for property developers in connection with the acquisition of land and acting on the sales of over 40 residential dwellings which were subsequently built. Total consideration approximately £10m
- Advising on the letting of various commercial premises in the West End with the annual rent on each being upwards of £400,000
- Acting for a number of financial institutions who offer Islamic Finance products
Outside Work
Andrew is a football coach and is also part of the firm’s 5-a-side football team which includes clients and referrers.
