Fahmida has a broad range of experience in sales and acquisitions of both residential and commercial properties, as well as lease extensions. She has acted for landlords and tenants, offshore property investment companies and high net-worth individuals. Fahmida also has experience of property finance and refinance transactions, acting for both lender and borrower including Islamic finance.
Fahmida completed her training contract with a specialist property firm based in London. She went on to work for a highly ranked Legal 500 City firm and has experience in dealing with a range of clients, from private individuals to national companies, on a variety of contentious matters.
Outside Work
In her free time Fahmida enjoys swimming, travelling, dancing, and interior design.
