George has developed a significant reputation over the last 15 years in the Real Estate and Investment world as he has acted in many high value and well publicised transactions for his clients. George has developed his team to work with him in a fairly unique way so that they can meet the demands and needs of their clients. They all have adopted modern methods, with all of them working very closely as a team, effectively and expeditiously with a significant degree of commerciality.
George also has extensive experience in acting for a number of Banks and other Lending Institutions in their Secured Lending transactions. Over the last 7-8 years George has been for some well-known commercial Banks one of their main Solicitors for their transactions. George and his team use the same commercial and modern methods that they use in their Investment transactions to process this type of work which is fairly unusual in the market.
George and his team have developed a particular expertise in Islamic Finance acting for a number of financial institutions who offer Islamic Finance products.
George's clients include many clients in the hospitality and leisure sector acting for various restaurant and bar operators, night club operators and hotel owners and operators.

- A considerable number of development sites and acquisitions for permitted development (PD) including an acquisition of a large office block in Crawley for £10m and largest PD development in the country located in Bristol for £22m
- Purchase of a large office block within Great Portland Street for in excess of £11m that was subsequently developed to residential. We also acted in the sales of the residential flats
- Purchase of a large portfolio of houses from a variety of different receivers in Leeds and Nottingham
- Acquisition of a Portfolio of Government let Buildings (let to Job Centres) located across the country for one of George's PLC clients for in excess of £10m
Outside Work
George loves playing football and coaching, as well as playing tennis, helping with various charitable organisations.
