Previously of Crumplins Solicitors, Paul has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of residential property, with a particular focus on high value and complex transactions within both the central London and national residential markets.

Paul’s extensive expertise covers a wide range of residential property work which includes freehold and leasehold, leasehold and freehold enfranchisement issues and corporate and property finance transactions.

Paul acts for offshore and UK-based commercial property companies, banking institutions, high-net-worth and ultra high net-worth clients, developer clients and builders.
