Dan is a highly experienced corporate and commercial advisory solicitor. He acts on a wide variety of transactional and non-transactional corporate work for entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs, borrowers and lenders including mergers and acquisitions, corporate real estate matters, entertainment finance and general company law matters.

Recent Experience
Previously of K&L Gates, Dan has recently acted on the following matters:
- Numerous purchases and sales of companies including the recent sale of a £15m company involving a central London property
- Acting for the Borrower on a £50m LMA facility and all related aspects of the finance transaction
- Acting for both companies and investors in relation to investments in to start-ups and SMEs including advice in relation to Subscription and Shareholders Agreements, New Articles of Association and related corporate transaction documents
- Acting on various entertainment finance and receivables financing matters
- Acting on trade finance agreements and facilities
- Acting in relation to commercial agreements including complex shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, contractual profit share agreements, terms of business, loan, facility and security agreements for a range of clients
Outside Work
Dan’s spare time is generally taken up by his three young children, but he enjoys keeping fit, socialising and travelling.
