Despina undertakes a wide range of commercial property work and is experienced in acquisitions, sales, landlord and tenant matters including assignments, leases, and licences (acting for both landlord and tenant), property finance (acting for both borrower and lender). Despina also has experience in residential property, including, sales, purchases, remortgage work and transfer of equity matters.
Despina works hard to build up client relationships and achieve their objectives.

Outside of work Despina enjoys travelling, playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.
