Sherry advises on disputes relating to landlord and tenants in both commercial and residential property disputes. Sherry has a great knowledge of matters relating to service charge and major work disputes, rent arrears, breaches of lease covenants and business lease renewals and terminations as well of disputes over land and the determination of beneficial interest in land.
