Claire is an experienced solicitor dealing with cases relating to children.

She has over 15 years of experience working in Local Authorities and is also an experienced advocate.

During her time working for several London Boroughs, she represented social services in care proceedings from the onset of a case until its conclusion . Her cases have been extremely varied, and she has dealt with issues relating to child neglect , non-accidental injuries, domestic violence and parents with learning disabilities and substance misuse . She also has sound experience with Child Arrangement Orders , Adoption and Special Guardianship Orders.

Claire has conducted hearings of up to 4 days and has been praised for her calm, detailed presentation in court .

She recently joined Spector, Constant & Williams to gain experience in private law whilst bringing her wealth of experience from the public sector.

Outside Work

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family , travelling and walking . She is also an avid adrenaline junkie - no rollercoaster can ever be too high or too fast! Most recently she took on a hot coal walking challenge and raised over £8000 for charity.
