Stuart is a private client, capital tax and trusts expert having developed a significant reputation in both London and the North-East of England.
Stuart specialises in succession and exit planning for business owners, property business strategies, wealth preservation and inter-generational asset protection, inheritance tax mitigation and trusts. Stuart’s approach is to offer discrete and bespoke advice and solutions, bringing tax, trust and legal advice into one cohesive and all-encompassing strategy.
In providing comprehensive advice Stuart works closely with each client’s Accountant or Financial Adviser and Stuart’s strength lies in finding the tailored solution to the client’s problems, balancing the client’s own needs with their wishes for their families and heirs.

- Securing the rare appointment of a Court Deputy for Health and Welfare decisions for a disabled individual who had just attained adulthood;

Outside Work
Stuart is married to Helen who is also a Consultant to Spector, Constant & Williams. Living in rural Northumberland close to the Scottish Borders they try to spend as much vacation time as they can in the Scottish Highlands with their young son and West Highland terrier.
