Zahrah is an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial and Finance departments. She has experience in working on a variety of finance (property and corporate) matters as well as corporate and commercial work, which includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, facility agreements, personal guarantees and legal charges.
Zahrah has acted for a wide range of companies from banks and other financial institutions, SMEs and public companies (both domestic and international).
Outside Work
Outside of the office Zahrah enjoys horse riding, travelling and going to different restaurants.
