Employment Law
Ifigenia is an Associate in the Employment Department, having qualified as a solicitor in 2023.
She trained at national law firm Slater & Gordon, where she gained experience across a broad range of employment law matters, advising employees on both contentious and non-contentious issues.
Ifigenia advises on a range of employment law matters, including settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing claims, victimisation and harassment.
Ifigenia is a valued member of the employment team and is increasingly entrusted with responsibility on complex matters, supporting the delivery of high-quality advice and litigation across the department.
Outside Work
Outside of work, Ifigenia enjoys attending concerts and theatre performances, taking dance classes, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
