Dispute Resolution

Mathusa is an Associate Solicitor in the firm’s Dispute Resolution department, having joined the team in October 2024. She has experience handling a wide range of disputes on behalf of both individuals and businesses, including banking and finance disputes, breach of contract claims, director and shareholder disputes, debt recovery claims, professional negligence, enforcement, landlord and tenant disputes concerning both commercial and residential properties, and construction disputes. She also provides assistance with the right of first refusal and lease extensions.

Mathusa has acted for both claimants and defendants and has represented clients at all levels, from individuals to UK and international businesses. She is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients, providing strategic and pragmatic advice throughout the litigation process.
