Nadia is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial team with over 10 years’ experience advising UK and international clients across a range of sectors including real estate, technology, hospitality, healthcare, and retail. Her corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, corporate restructurings and governance issues. She also advises on complex commercial contracts such as supply, licensing, distribution and services agreements.

Nadia also has particular expertise in non-contentious employment law, advising employers and senior executives on contracts, workplace policies, exits and post-termination restrictions. She frequently advises on intellectual property strategy, including brand protection, trade mark and design registrations, and the IP aspects of corporate and commercial deals.

Her wider practice also includes corporate real estate transactions, equity and convertible debt financings, shareholder arrangements, and the implementation of EMI and growth share schemes. Known for her pragmatic advice and strong client relationships, Nadia supports businesses at all stages of growth, from early stage to exit.
