Dispute Resolution

Tiffany is a Paralegal in the firm’s Dispute Resolution department, where she provides support across a broad spectrum of contentious matters including commercial litigation, banking and insolvency disputes, and professional negligence claims. Working closely with solicitors and partners, Tiffany assists with case preparation, document management, client liaison, and legal research to ensure cases progress efficiently and effectively.

Tiffany obtained her LLB at Durham University, where she developed a strong foundation in contract and commercial law, before completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE) at the University of Law in London. She has a particular interest in commercial dispute resolution and aims to qualify as a solicitor in this area.
