Growth from within: new Partner for Spector Constant & Williams
Growth continues at London law firm Spector Constant & Williams as it elevates its Real Estate, Banking & Finance team by promoting Andrew Demetriou to Partner.
The promotion of Andrew from Senior Associate to Partner is the latest development in the law firm's rapid growth since it was established in 2019 and follows on the back of its expansion into family law and insolvency in the last year alone.
Alun Williams, Partner at Spector Constant & Williams said: "This is a well-deserved step up for Andrew and demonstrates the firm's commitment to developing and rewarding talent from within the firm. Andrew has broad experience for all types of real estate transactions and will be an even bigger asset for us at Partner level."
Andrew has acted for banks, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and high net-worth individuals in connection with residential and commercial acquisitions, disposals, and developments during his career. He has particular expertise in development and assists on all aspects, from acquisition, development finance and subsequent construction of the developments and sale of the units. He also has a wide experience acting for banks and bridging finance companies for development finance transactions.
Andrew said: "Spector Constant & Williams is continuing to grow and I am proud to be a part of such a forward-thinking law firm. I am delighted to be made a Partner and am grateful for the opportunity which has been afforded to me and I look forward to being part of the firm’s continuing success."
Andrew's appointment has been covered by the legal press, including Solicitors Journal and the Law Society Gazette.
