Ariana Ioannou is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial department where she focusses on corporate finance matters and private company mergers and acquisitions.

With a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics, Ariana has a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience. In her previous training seats, she has had practical exposure to both Commercial and Residential Property matters in which she navigated complex property transactions and skilfully managed the acquisitions and disposals of numerous residential and commercial properties.

Ariana also has strong grounding in Employment Law and has successfully dealt with matters across the Employment spectrum. She has been involved with Employment Tribunal cases including unfair dismissal, discrimination and other employment-related disputes. Ariana is also skilled in Commercial Litigation, having dealt with matters in both the Civil Courts and the High Court.
