Benem is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate and Finance departments, who has experience in a wide range of residential and commercial transactions. She has acted for disposals and acquisitions of investment property portfolios, development sites and several commercial units, as well as re-finance for both Borrowers and Lenders. She also has experience of Secured Lending matters, acting for Banks and other Lending Institutions.
Outside Work
In her free time, Benem enjoys the gym and travelling with her friends and family. She also enjoys reading and painting.
