Francesca has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of residential property with a particular focus on high value and complex transactions in central London and the national residential market.
Francesca's extensive experience covers a wide range of residential property work including freehold and leasehold (including licences to assign, deeds of variation and licences for alterations), rural, coastal and mixed use properties, exclusivity agreements and new build transactions.
Francesca also has vast experience of acting for private and international banks in relation to all aspects of bridging finance and secured lending.
Francesca acts predominantly for High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients, based onshore and offshore, including private individuals, trusts, developers and companies.
Francesca's proactive, client-focussed and commercial approach to transactions has allowed her to develop a significant reputation and to develop long-standing relationships with other professionals including surveyors, estate agents and financial advisors. By maintaining relationships and adopting a personalised approach, Francesca is able to provide the best possible level of service to the more experienced and less experienced client alike.
Recent Experience
- Acting in the sale of an apartment in Knightsbridge in excess of £7 million for an offshore client
- Acting in the purchase of a freehold property in Fulham for £2.5 million with funding from an international private bank
- Acting in the sale of a rural residential property for £5 million where the property was rented to the buyer between exchange of contracts and completion
- Exchanging contracts on a purchase on the same day as receiving the contract package
- Acting in the bulk purchase of 10 new build apartments in Hampstead in excess of £10 million for an offshore corporate investor client
- Working with corporate colleagues during the purchase of a property via a share purchase agreement
Outside Work
Francesca enjoys keeping active through cycling, swimming and tennis to compensate for her love of fine dining and cooking for family and friends. Francesca is also great fan of the arts and loves to travel.
