Tariro Nyoka is a Senior Associate in the Employment Department, having qualified as a solicitor in 2021 following four years’ paralegal experience at leading employment law firms.
She advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, harassment, victimisation, TUPE, equal pay, wage and holiday pay claims, breach of contract and redundancy disputes. Tariro regularly supports clients through Employment Tribunal proceedings and has experience conducting Case Management Preliminary Hearings and negotiating settlements.
Tariro has assisted in several significant Employment Appeal Tribunal cases, including Helen O’Keefe v Gold Panda Limited and Others [2025] ET 47, Jacqueline Davidson v National Express Limited [2025] EAT 151, and Kenneth Hindmarch v North-East Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust [2025] EAT 87.
She is described as a “standout associate” in the 2024 Legal 500 rankings, reflecting her growing leadership on complex matters and strong client relationships
