Real estate lawyers promoted at Spector Constant & Williams

London law firm Spector Constant & Williams has made two promotions in its real estate team. Natalie Toffis is promoted to partner and Sherry Ziaie-Fard becomes a senior associate.

Newly promoted partner Natalie Toffis specialises in real estate investment and finance and advises banks, investors, landlords and tenants on residential and commercial transactions.

Natalie has extensive experience in investment sales and acquisitions acting in both freehold and leasehold transactions for a broad variety of clients together with auction transactions and refinancing. Acting for both borrower and lender parties in large secured lending portfolios for private banks as well as bridging finance companies for both commercial and residential clients.

Sherry Ziaie-Fard has been promoted to senior associate in the Real Estate Litigation team, and specialises in property litigation spanning residential and commercial real estate matters. Sherry’s clients include corporations and landlords with large property portfolios.

Sherry has in depth knowledge of service charge and major works disputes having worked with landlords and agents as well as dealings with a wide range of landlord & tenant disputes as well as dealing with complex and technical land and property disputes for clients based in England & Wales as well as international based clients.
