Meadya deals predominately with residential conveyancing matters, but also has experience in commercial property and secured lending, acting for both bridging finance companies and banks.
Meadya also acts in a variety of transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property assets, re-mortgages, leases, transfers of equity, auctions purchases and sales, right to buy purchases and residential leasehold extensions.
Recent Experience
- Acting on a large restructure and refinance portfolio which included 13 properties with an aggregate value of around £20m
- Acting on a complex restructure and refinance portfolio of 14 properties for a borrower which required the preparation of commercial and residential leases
- Acting on various Landlord and Tenant transactions by drafting and negotiating leases & licences of commercial premises
