Ninos is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Real Estate, Banking and Finance team. His practice includes acting for individuals, banks and financial institutions in relation to all aspects of residential and commercial acquisitions, disposals and re-finances. Ninos has particular experience in secured lending transactions, advising on, and preparing loan security documents involving bridging finance, investment, and development finance. Ninos also has experience with Islamic finance loan products.
Recent Experience
- Acting for high net-worth individual in respect of complex £5m loan facility comprising mixed, commercial and residential properties held under a BVI share trust.
- Leading client relationship and Solicitor of choice for a Bank in respect of over 1300 commercial loan facility agreements.
- Acting for a Lender in connection with the refinance and restructure of a large BTL portfolio which comprises over 60 mixed use properties.
- Acting for a high-profile British entrepreneur and central London nightclub owner, in respect of their Bridging Finance transaction.
Outside Work
Outside of the office, Ninos enjoys sports and spending time with family and friends. He also regularly participates in charitable fundraising events.
