Pierre is a Paralegal in the Corporate & Commercial Department, working on M&A, shareholder arrangements, and advisory work on commercial contracts and corporate governance.

He has experience in multiple jurisdictions, including Switzerland, Gibraltar and France, where he gained exposure to commercial transactions, arbitration and contractual disputes.

Recently, Pierre completed his SQE1&2 with an LLM in Legal Practice. He also holds a Master’s in Legal and Political Theory from UCL and an LLB in Law and French from the University of Bristol.
